1. Association of International Bilateral Trade (AIBT)

Roles:

• Promote and facilitate bilateral trade between nations

• Represent members in international trade discussions

Responsibilities:

• Build international collaborations and MoUs

• Maintain global chapters and strategic partnerships

2. Executive Directors : $ 6000/- USD

Roles:

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of AIBT

• Represent AIBT in international forums, delegations, and government interactions

• Build strategic partnerships and drive global outreach

• Guide policy direction and initiatives in trade development

Responsibilities:

• Implement board decisions and manage organizational goals

• Supervise program implementation and team management

• Ensure financial sustainability and regulatory compliance

• Report to the board and maintain stakeholder engagement

3. Shareholders $ 10,000/- USD

Roles:

• Provide capital investment and strategic direction

• Share in profits and long-term growth of the institution

• Contribute to expansion, innovation, and business planning

Responsibilities:

• Attend annual general meetings and participate in key decisions

• Approve budgets, financials, and major strategic moves

• Ensure governance and accountability standards are maintained

• Promote the organization’s mission through their networks

4. Members of the Association : $2000 USD

Roles:

• Participate in trade programs, events, and knowledge sessions
